But that’s not all! Just across the street, CBRE and our other home at One Boston Place has won BOMA’s 2017 Building of the Year Award in the 500,000 to 1 million square feet category!

More than 600 CRE professionals turned out to honor this year’s award winners and to celebrate BOMA’s centennial anniversary. This is the most prestigious honor in the commercial real estate industry awarded for excellence in building management, operational efficiency, sustainability, tenant relations, emergency planning and community impact. As a proud tenant of both of these great buildings, we can’t say we’re surprised by the honor.
